By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you: Are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Will use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability
While MAREN endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. Due to the tailored nature of our pieces, slight variations in fit, color, or finish may exist and do not constitute defects. Availability of products is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or modify collections, items, or features.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or errors in pricing or product information.
5. Pricing and Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistical disruptions, or external events beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are subject to strict conditions. You must initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom-tailored pieces are final sale and non-returnable. Refunds will be issued only after inspection of returned items and may take up to 10 business days to process.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to product designs, photographs, text, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of MAREN and is protected under international intellectual property laws.
