Shipping Information
Processing Time: : Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
Delivery Options: We offer both standard and express shipping options, available at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Made-to-order and custom-tailored pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Tell us within 7 days. Include your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no back and forth required.
